We will create an action plan with you and help you find a path towards work or training. Get in touch with us! We will be happy to advise and support you. Together we will identify your potential and show you which steps will lead you to a job with the right qualifications.
The Possible project supports, advises and accompanies women with migration experience in Berlin: individually and free of charge.
What does Possible offer?
As the needs are very different, various empowerment options are offered. Each offer can also be taken individually. As a participant, you will be guided through a course tailored to your needs as part of the project.

Who needs Possible - and why?
The Possible project is aimed at formally low-skilled women with migration experience who have an increased need for support. These can be women without a formal vocational qualification as well as women with an educational qualification and long periods of unemployment or with employment that is not commensurate with their qualifications (in Germany).
Some are unable to use the qualifications they have acquired abroad or their many years of work experience in Berlin. A lack of language practice or other basic skills increases the need for support. Social and professional networks, close and sometimes individual support, knowledge about possible qualifications and activities, peer learning and additional support in balancing family and career are therefore essential for many women.
Possible aims to activate participants for the job market through cooperation agreements with job centers and employment agencies. The range of individual advice and group workshops aims to enable participants to realize their potential on the Berlin job market.
