What is Possible?

Possible is a free program for women with a migration background in Berlin.
We help you find your place in the German job market.

The benefits of Possible: ​​​

 

  • Free!​

  • Flexible:

    • You don’t need a voucher to receive job coaching.

    • You can participate in all activities. You choose what you need.

    • You can join at any time: you start whenever you want.

    • The project is run by two organizations: Frauenalia and La Red. Each organization offers other projects that might also interest you! You can find us at two locations in Berlin: Frauenalia is in Neukölln and La Red is in Alt-Reinickendorf.

Who is Possible for?​

Possible is for you if you:

  • Are looking for a job or an apprenticeship

  • Have a work permit (for non-EU citizens)

  • Live in Berlin

  • Are a foreign national

Workshops und Gruppencoachings

Learn new things in small groups: job applications, labor law, digital tools, and more.

Empowerment Lab

A 3-month intensive program in a fixed group (starting at B1). Together, we’ll discover your strengths, develop your plan, and give you new motivation.​​​

Networking Events

Come by, meet other women, practice your German, and be inspired by success stories.​

Individuelles Jobcoaching

We’ll personally guide you on your path to a job or an apprenticeship — in German, Spanish, English, or French if needed.

How can you get started?​

  1. Come to an information session or an open house*.

  2. We’ll introduce you to our current programs, and we’ll get to know each other.

  3. You can see if it’s really something that interests you.

  4. We’ll check to see if you meet the requirements.

  5. You can sign up and get started!

*What’s the difference between an info session and a counseling day?

Info-Treffen: 

  • You’re not yet a participant in the project.

  • It takes place regularly at Frauenalia.

  • Sign up in advance!

  • You’ll learn more about the project and can become a participant.​

Beratungstag:

  • You are not yet a participant in the project.

  • It takes place every Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. at La Red.

  • No appointment needed! Just stop by!

  • You’ll get an on-site consultation right away and can become a participant.
